REX IncomeMax Option Strategy ETF (ULTI)

REX Shares (“REX”) today announced that the Board of Trustees (the “Board”) of REX ETF Trust (the “Trust”), based on the recommendation of REX Advisers, LLC (the “Adviser”), has approved the closure and liquidation of the REX IncomeMax™ Option Strategy ETF (Nasdaq: ULTI) and the Laddered T-Bill ETF (Cboe BZX: TLDR). The Board determined that closing ULTI and TLDR is in the best interests of each fund and its shareholders. The Adviser will waive ULTI’s management fee for the remainder of the fund’s life, beginning October 23 through the Liquidation Date.
