(Nasdaq: OPEN) (“Opendoor” or the “Company”) today announced the distribution of warrants to purchase the Company’s common stock to its registered stockholders and certain convertible noteholders on Friday, November 21, 2025 (the “Distribution Date”), in accordance with the previously announced special dividend in the form of warrants. As previously announced, each stockholder of record as of 5:00 p.m. New York City time on November 18, 2025 (the “Record Date”) received three series of warrants—Series K, Series A, and Series Z—one (1) warrant of each series for every thirty (30) shares of the Company’s common stock held, rounded down to the nearest whole number.
