Riverbend Sells Carlson to Zink Industrial Group
Riverbend Industries Inc. announced today that it has sold Carlson Acquisition Company (“Carlson”), its Tulsa, Oklahoma-based flange-making subsidiary, to an affiliate of the Zink Family Office, also headquartered in Tulsa. Zink Industrial Group LLC invests in industrial manufacturing and fabrication companies.
