Huron Announces Ekta Singh-Bushell Will Step Down From its Board of Directors at the Completion of Her Current Term
On March 20, 2026, Ekta Singh-Bushell, a director of Huron Consulting Group Inc. (the "Company") since 2019, notified the Company of her decision to step down from the Board of Directors (“Board”) following the completion of her current term. Consequently, Ms. Singh-Bushell will not stand for re-election to the Board at the Annual Meeting of Stockholders, which the Company anticipates holding on May 8, 2026.
