Graystone Capital Advisors Appoints Bob Osbrink as Executive Vice President
A veteran of the commercial real estate industry, Osbrink played a pivotal role in the development of landmark South Orange County projects during the 1980s, including Irvine Spectrum, Mission Viejo, Foothill Ranch, and Rancho Santa Margarita. These early contributions laid the groundwork for his later success leading high-performing investment sales offices.

Osbrink brings over four decades of leadership experience from top-tier real estate firms. He joins Graystone after serving four years as Executive Vice President and Market Leader at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services, where he oversaw the Phoenix office and grew its brokerage team from six to 48.
Before joining Matthews Real Estate Investment Services, Osbrink served as Senior Vice President and Regional Manager at Marcus & Millichap’s Newport Beach office. Under his leadership, the office became one of the firm's top ten brokerages and achieved its highest revenue since opening in 1981.
Earlier in his career, Osbrink held multiple leadership roles at Grubb & Ellis, starting as Sales Manager and rising quickly through the ranks to become Co-CEO. He has also held executive and consulting positions with The Irvine Company and Cushman & Wakefield, and has served as a trusted advisor to respected firms including SRS, The Yellowstone Group, and Newmark Knight Frank.

Osbrink earned a bachelor’s degree in business marketing from the University of Southern California, where he was a member of the varsity basketball team. He currently serves as Chairman of the USC Center for Real Estate and as President of the university’s basketball alumni association. He also sits on the advisory board at California State University.
